Sijie Ren

Sijie Ren is a PhD candidate in international management at the Université Laval, specializing in cross-cultural management and the integration of immigrant employees. A recipient of the Canada Graduate Scholarships–Doctoral Program awarded by SSHRC, her research focuses on attracting, integrating and retaining talent in diverse organizational settings. She holds a master’s degree in international studies with a concentration in international development and has extensive experience working in the academic, public, and private sectors, both in Canada and abroad. Ren is also a student member of the Stephen A. Jarislowsky Chair in international business, as well as the Centre for Management Research, People and Organization Development.
